Coco has been working as a Montessori teacher for 13 years since 2008. Now she is the leader of the Peninsula Kindergarten Phase I and the Director of Curriculum of Peninsula Education Group.

Coco is an AMI Trainer-in-training, supervised by Louise Livingston. Coco regularly conducts teacher training and guidance, and carries out parent class and parent seminars in Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Tongxiang, Shanghai and other cities. She is good at helping teachers improve class management problems and assist parents to solve parenting problems.
